Seminars & Support Group Schedules
This program encourages patients to learn about all the procedures offered at Mercy Hospital. Knowledge of all procedures will allow you to reflect on your personal needs and speak with your surgeon to determine the procedure that is right for you. Remember, no procedure is a cure, but a tool which requires your commitment to a life long change in eating habits and exercise.
Information Sessions
Information Sessions are presented every 1st Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. by Juan Carlos Fleites, M.D., general and bariatric surgeon at Mercy Hospital.

Group Therapy Sessions for Post-operative Patients
Group Therapy Sessions are hosted every 4th Wednesday of the month from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. by Rene Rocha,
Ph.D, psychologist, at Mercy Hospital.
